This listing is for one custom large replacement gear. If you have a larger worn, broken, or obsolete gear, I can reverse-engineer the original, model it in CAD, and print a replacement in ASA.
What’s included

Process
- You supply the original gear.
- I measure the important features, including outer diameter, width, tooth count, bore size, hubs, and other functional details.
- I build the part in CAD based on those measurements.
- I print the replacement in ASA for a more durable final part.

Why ASA

This listing is for one large-size gear and is priced for a standard reverse-engineered replacement workflow. Very large, high-load, or unusually complex gears may require a custom quote.
