Large ASA Replacement Gear

Description

This listing is for one custom large replacement gear. If you have a larger worn, broken, or obsolete gear, I can reverse-engineer the original, model it in CAD, and print a replacement in ASA.

What’s included

• Measurement of the original large gear
• CAD recreation of the part geometry
• One ASA 3D-printed replacement gear
• One round of minor fit adjustment if needed

Process

1. You supply the original gear.
2. I measure the important features, including outer diameter, width, tooth count, bore size, hubs, and other functional details.
3. I build the part in CAD based on those measurements.
4. I print the replacement in ASA for a more durable final part.

Why ASA
